2. Eligibility Requirements

3. Account Registration and Security

4.2 Deposit Limits

Any third-party deposits detected will be refunded to the source account, and your vm518 account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by vm518 support.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits and Timeframes

Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction. Standard processing time: 1-4 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB). 5.3 Withdrawal Verification

vm518 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts exceeding Rp 10,000,000 or for first-time withdrawals. 5.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, you must wager your deposited amount at least once before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits followed immediately by withdrawal requests without gameplay activity will be flagged for investigation. vm518 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies to prevent financial crimes.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

12. Account Closure and Termination
